Innprovements - then move to the building's physical improvements and upgrades and how they've improved not only the physical nature of the building but also our image and appearance. 

Innployees - talk about how we've invested in people to surround ourselves with a good team and people who share our vision and goals. Moving people upward in the positions and leading to good staff retention. 

Innovation - finish up with some of the housing initiatives we've worked on and our community involvement and finish up with the awards and recognition we've received kind of as a result of the above.
