Rotary Club of Bangor to host gubernatorial and U.S. congressional candidates in August
Bangor, Maine – Rotary Club of Bangor is pleased to share with media outlets that four candidates running for public office this November will be speaking to club members at our weekly Tuesday meetings during the month of August.
News outlets wishing to cover the candidates’ remarks are welcome to attend. August meetings will be held each Tuesday at 12 noon at the Richard Dyke Center for Family Business at Husson University, One College Circle, Bangor. (Please note the change in location for these four meetings ONLY):
- Tuesday, August 2 – former Maine Governor Paul LePage (R)
- Tuesday, August 16 – 2nd District Congressman Jared Golden (D)
- Tuesday, August 23 – Maine Governor Janet Mills (D)
- Tuesday, August 30 – former 2nd District Congressman Bruce Poliquin (R)
