Our Cincinnati CNC 5-axis press brake makes metal bending a consistent and accurate process across all sheet metal materials. True angles are obtained no matter what the part length is. We also exclusively use Wilson Tooling, which produces a quality part once bent.

Fabrication

Common sheet metals we fabricate include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel usually in thickness between 0.021” and 0.25 inches. Thinner gauges are more malleable, while thicker ones may be more suitable for heavy-duty parts with strenuous applications.
